From September 15 to 17, the international foundrymen conference (IFC) was held in Protoroz, Slovenia. During the three-day conference under the motto “Innovative solutions for the future of the foundry”, it was possible to discuss current challenges and make new contacts.
The organizer, the Slovenian Foundrymen Society, ensured a relaxed atmosphere at the event despite an extensive security concept.
DI Johann Hagenauer also presented his paper on “By innovative investments foundries will keep competitiveness and become climate friendly”, which was very well received by the international audience of experts.
The deputy managing director of the metal industry of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber DI Adolf Kerbl also visited the stand of HAGI GmbH during the conference.
